**Your role**
- **
Build and lead** the first Academy team in Graz
- **
Onboard young talents** and prepare them to join a product team in the future
- **
Lead and coach** the members of the Talent Academy team (up to 8 Dynatracers)
- Ensure performance and alignment of your team
- **
Create an inspiring, collaborative environment** with open communication and foster great teamwork
- **
Identify talent **and provide career guidance to team members
- **
Discover training needs**, motivate and support your team members to grow

**Qualifications**:
**Your profile**
- Software engineer with a solid and broad understanding of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle, DevOps/NoOps, REST, microservices, relational databases, and CI/CD
- Experience in leading, mentoring, and coaching
- Empathetic and sympathetic person, easy to approach, with passion for mentoring, coaching, and transferring knowledge
- Hands-on team player with excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- Open and stress-resistant personality with clear goals and passion for developer enablement
- Strong communication and coordination skills, showing high flexibility in an agile and fast-changing environment

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 50,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38,5 hours/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
