As the Team Lead for Quality Assurance, you will guide our team of testers with foresight and technical expertise. You are the driving force behind quality assurance, developing testing strategies and tackling complex challenges to ensure the quality of our products. With a balanced distribution of your working time between leadership tasks and hands-on testing activities, you are involved both strategically and operationally.

For this position, a minimum collective wage of Euro 4.346 gross per month applies. A market-compliant overpayment, depending on your experience and qualifications, is offered.

**Your tasks**:

- Management of the Quality Assurance team within the Development department.
- Regular reporting to the Head of Software Development and close cooperation with the Product team for quality optimization.
- Balanced task distribution between management (50%) and execution of testing tasks (50%).
- Development and definition of testing strategies.
- Continuous improvement of test quality and processes within the QA department.

**Your profile**:

- Completed technical education (HTL, FH, University) and/or several years of professional experience and profound knowledge in the field of software testing, especially test automation and complex test environments.
- Possession of a test management certification, preferably ISTQB.
- Experience with test automation frameworks (ideally Tosca, alternatively Selenium) is advantageous.
- High level of responsibility and initiative.
- Experience and ability to lead a team empathetically and with a goal-oriented approach.
- Very good German and English language skills.
