**For our office in Graz, AUSTRIA, we are looking for**:

- Position of: Bid / Offer Manager (M/F/d)
- Team: Tower Sales
- Location: Herrgottwiesgasse 125, 8020 Graz, Austria
- Contract: Full time

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- As part of the Tower Sales crew, you‘re responsible for the full offer process during a sales cycle
- You will manage the whole bid process with inputs from a variety of sources and experts (internal as well as external)
- You are responsible to prepare and review the commercial and financial aspects of the bid, to track risks and opportunities, and take ownership of the end-to-end bid process
- You‘re organizing and facilitating all meetings, like kick off, review and final document reviews
- You‘re coordinating the proposal inputs from a variety of stakeholders, and finally produce and deliver all necessary offer documents
- During the offer process, you‘re managing a temporary bid team and ensure the successful competition of all tasks and documents during the bid process

**Skills Required**:

- Educational background in Aviation/Software business/Business Economics or other and relevant experience in Bid/Sales activities
- Passionate about aviation and software technologies in field of Air Traffic Control
- Great understanding of technical processes and software in IT technologies and common Microsoft packages (MS Office, Visio, MS Project, )
- Fluently in German and English

- Ability to complete complex task with a structured work methodology within international team collaboration
- Knowledge of performing commercial/technical analysis, surveys, reporting, structuring and presenting value propositions and advising of potential solutions

EUR 52.220;
- gross per year. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
