The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:
**Bellman**

**Your tasks**:

- Responsibility for the smooth arrival and departure of our guests and their luggage handling, as well as the comprehensive guarantee of guest satisfaction
- Giving information about the hotel
- Receipts of couriers and handling of transport
- Responsibility for the correct Parking of the guest cars and management of the vehicle keys
- Attention to the cleanliness of the entrance area and the lobby
- Collaboration with our event department to provide the guests with information and to guide them in the right direction

**Your Competencies**:

- A gift for paying attention to the smallest details
- A warm, people-oriented demeanor
- Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
- Friendliness, flexibility, reliability and a high degree of responsibility
- Professional communication skills and appearance
- resilience, teamwork and flexibility
- Good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages are advantageous
- Driving licence category B
- Quality awareness
