Guest Arrival Expert / Bellman

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the smooth arrival and departure of our guests and their luggage handling, as well as the comprehensive guarantee of guest satisfaction
• Giving information about the hotel
• Receipts of couriers and handling of transport
• Responsibility for the correct Parking of the guest cars and management of the vehicle keys
• Attention to the cleanliness of the entrance area and the lobby
• Collaboration with our event department to provide the guests with information and to guide them in the right direction

Your Qualifications:

• A gift for paying attention to the smallest details 
• A warm, people-oriented demeanor
• Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
• Friendliness, flexibility, reliability and a high degree of responsibility
• Professional communication skills and appearance
• resilience, teamwork and flexibility
• Good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages are advantageous
• Driving licence category B
• Quality awareness

The statutory gross minimum remuneration for this position, based on full-time employment, is € 2.026,00 per month. A higher salary may be offered, depending on your qualifications and experience.
