**Company Description**:
As a Senior Project Manager, PMO you manage, support and lead effective, cross-functional projects & programs within the Red Bulls Media Landscape.
You are a sparring partner for all stakeholders and provide maximum transparency within the digital projects. In structuring, supporting & organizing projects, the Project Manager acts as a bridge builder and ensures time to market delivery and timely amplification.
**PROJECT MANAGEMENT**
You’ll manage, coordinate, and implement international, cross-functional digital projects. This includes the creation and execution of project work plans and holding regular status meetings with project teams to provide maximum transparency. In this role, you’ll interact with stakeholders across all media departments and hierarchy levels. You’ll establish collaborative relationships with various stakeholders and manage their expectations.
**PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM MANAGEMENT**
Within this role you'll coordinate the planning, execution and delivery of cross-functional programs. Managing and updating the program and portfolio roadmaps, keeping all stakeholders and project teams informed is one of your tasks. You'll facilitate regular status updates, promoting transparancy and effective communication across all stakeholders by highlighting program dependencies, milestones and potential conflicts.
**CONDUCT ANALYSES & DRIVE IMPROVEMENTS**
You’ll analyse requirements before and during the projects and programs. You’ll identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change. In addition, you’ll conduct analyses and assessments of needs. You’ll analyse the current operating model and outline areas of improvement
**CONCEPTUAL WORK**
You’ll develop concepts by researching, preparing, evaluating, and analysing data. Subsequently, you’ll manage the implementation of the concepts.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Project Manager role
Proven track record of delivering multinational projects and/or programs
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power Point
Experience in using Airtable, Smartsheet, Jira and Confluence
Able to establish and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders
Very good organizational and analytical skills
Ability to grasp the projects’ scope and translate it into tasks and dependencies
Flexible, able to prioritize and to work independently
**Additional Information**:
Education
University Degree in Business, Economics, Media Management, Computer Sciences, IT or similar
Language
Excellent command of English, knowledge of German is a plus

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.041 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
