**Conversational Banking Product Owner (f/m/x)**:
- Digital Platforms & Innovation seeks a passionate Product Owner The department reports to Group Retail and is responsible for Digital Channels like Mobile Banking and Embedded Finance as well as Conversational AI and Digital Assistants. Based in two locations, Vienna and Bratislava, our international team consists of multiple agile setups and tribes and serves the whole banking group. **Your mission at RBI**:
- Champion the vision and roadmap for conversational banking solutions, prioritizing features and ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable product requirements
- Requirements elicitation and engineering, epics and user story design and backlog management
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (business managers, designers, AI engineers) to bring your vision to life
- Monitor market trends and identifying emerging technologies in conversational AI
- Continuously measure success through KPIs and user feedback, iterating and improving experiences based on data
***Your core competencies**:
- Proven work experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager or any similar role, ideally in financial services
- Deep understanding of conversational AI technology and best practices
- Agile methodology expertise and a passion for iterative development
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure to prioritize and set goals
- Solid presentation skills and experience in managing stakeholders and their expectations
- Fluency in English and German to communicate and negotiate with tech and non-tech stakeholders and board members
