The opportunity

Project: Global investment company.

To provide office management and facilities services that are highly professional.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring that provision is made to answer the telephone switchboard in a professional and timely manner.
- Adhering to and work in line with Invesco Global security policy, e.g., registering all visitors and contractors onto Condeco visitor registration software.
- Managing planned preventative and reactive maintenance through concept and with sub-contractors to ensure that all services are completed.
- Creating and receipt Mace purchase orders via Proactis.
- Creating client vendor set up on behalf of corporate properties.
- Conducting and committing to timely and regular workplace and safety inspections.
- Ensuring strict compliance with Health, Safety and Environment, e.g., ensuring that any incidents or near misses are reported via Yellow Jacket.
- Performing workstation (DSE) assessments in line with training provided.
- Completing mandatory inspections via Yellow Jacket and addressing any non-conformances found, in line with the Mace audit schedule.
- Managing all Mace documents and reporting via Sharepoint and KPI survey tool.
- Contributing to the provision of reports and information as required for Mace and Invesco Corporate Properties.
- Overseeing office archiving in the basement to facilitate access to arrange collection and delivery of archive boxes.
- Working in line with the client’s environmental policy and targets, leading by example.
- Participating in the client’s business contingency planning on behalf of local facilities.

About you

You have minimum high school diploma and/or higher degree. Experience in facilities or property management in similar role. You are a team player with strong customer service skills and organizational skills. You are proficient in MS Office suite. You are fluent in German and English as well as both verbal and written expressions.

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You will be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
