Our Austrian team consists of 280 qualified employees in Vienna, Graz, and Linz and is part of a global organization with 9,000 colleagues. **When joining Tietoevry Create as a Bid Manager, you**: - lead the bid management process, including planning and coordinating proposals - collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical experts to gather necessary information and resources - emphasize the importance of meeting timelines to ensure timely submission of proposals - ensure compliance with internal and external standards and guidelines - present proposals to stakeholders and address any questions or concerns - monitor and report on bid performance and outcomes **Who we are looking for**: - proven experience in bid management and/or contract management in the IT sector - strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously - familiarity with "Bundesvergaberecht" and related procurement laws in Austria - excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to handle discussions in German language - detail-orientation with strong analytical and problem-solving approach - ability to work collaboratively in a team environment As an individual, you are a team player who takes initiative and ownership. The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 54.000,00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualifications and experience.
