Deine Aufgaben:

- In deiner Rolle als Quality Assurance Specialist bist du der Dreh
- und Angelpunkt für Qualitätsthemen in der Manufacturing und erster Ansprechpartner für die Mitarbeiter der Qualitätssicherung am Shopfloor und für Nahtstellen. Du bist maßgeblich an der Qualitätsplanung
- und steuerung beteiligt und stellst mit deinem umfangreichen Methodenkenntnissen die Qualität in deinem Wirkungsbereich sicher. Ziel ist die Einhaltung der Qualitätsanforderungen und relevanten Normen und Richtlinien. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt Ihrer Tätigkeit ist die Bearbeitung von Abweichungen und Reklamationen. Du leitest die Prozesssperren ein, eskalierst Abweichungen entlang des Eskalationsmodells und unterstützt bei der Ausarbeitung von nachhaltigen Korrekturmaßnahmen und überprüfst diese auf Wirksamkeit. Zu deiner weiteren Aufgaben gehört die Koordination der Auditdurchführung (Produkt & Prozessaudits) in der Manufacturing, sowie die Durchführung von FMEAs. Die Implementierung und Optimierung von Methoden und Tools runden dein Tätigkeitsprofil ab.- Dein Profil:Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z.B. Maschinenbau, Zerspannungstechnik, Produktionstechnik).
-Idealerweise bringst du bereits Erfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung mit.
-Eine eigenständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise ist für dich selbstverständlich.
-Das Arbeiten im Team bereitet dir Freude.
-Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Entscheidungsstärke zeichnen dich aus.
-Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift setzen wir für diese Position voraus.
