**IHRE AUFGABEN**
- Globale technische Themenführerschaft von Kunststoffkomponenten als GG-Experte
- Standardisierung und Monitoring des Entwicklungsprozesses von Kunststoffkomponenten inkl. technischer Dokumentation (Strukturbauteile, Dichtungslösungen, Befestigungselemente, etc.)
- Designevaluierung über den gesamten Produktentstehungsprozesses von Konzept bis Serieneinsatz (Materialwahl, Design, etc.)
- Begleitung von Prozess
- und Werkzeugabnahmen
- Bewertung technischer Lösungen hinsichtlich Innovationsgrad, Implementierungsrisiken, Zukunftsfähigkeit, Kosteneffizienz, etc.
- Kommunikation mit Kunden und Lieferanten (Entwicklungsabstimmung, Plausibilitätsprüfung, Trouble-Shooting, etc.)
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der vereinbarten Termine, Kosten und Ergebnisse der jeweiligen Entwicklungsphasen gemäß dem Projektplan
- Technologie
- und Trend-Scouting, sowie Benchmarking von Kunststoffkomponenten

**IHR PROFIL**
- Technisches Studium (Uni/FH) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung (Kunststofftechnik, Werkstoffwissenschaften, Maschinenbau)
- Min. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktentwicklung in einer Expertenrolle
- Belastbare Expertise in den Bereichen Kunststofftechnik, Werkstoffprüfung, Kunststoffverarbeitung sowie der zugehörigen Normen
- Erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und/oder Projektleitung
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen (30%)

- Wir sind gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet das Mindestgehalt für diese Position anzugeben. Gemäß unseres Kollektivvertrags liegt dieses bei Euro 3.398,14. Das tatsächliche Gehalt richtet sich nach Ihrer Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung und wird in einem persönlichen Gespräch vereinbart.
