**Our business**

**Your Tasks**:

- Lead new GIS developments together with Business experts
- Drive projects to liberate data to be used in ArcGIS Pro, the Portal and other target systems
- Build new data sets and schemas in close collaboration with the E&P experts
- Automate dataflows as well as the liberation and contextualization of spatial data
- Steer external contractors supporting GIS relates tasks
- Develop, implement, enhance, and maintain standards and workflows for GIS Admins and end users
- Drive the integration of spatial data with other OMV systems and platforms using ETLs and APIs
- Act as facilitator and trainer to assist staff and relevant stakeholders in adopting to GIS tools
- Closely work with E&P experts to create new Apps, Maps, Dashboards based on Business requirements
- Participate in Business projects providing advanced GIS Analytics support

**Your profile**:

- University degree Master/Diplom in GIS, Geodesy, Remote Sensing or Geography
- Minimum 10 years professional work experience, thereof at least 5 years proven track record in working with the ArcGIS platform (desktop and server components)
- Designated team player with intrinsic motivation for new developments using, applying, or integrating spatial data
- Deep understanding of the ArcGIS Portal and related publishing workflows, with substantial experience using ArcGIS Pro and other Esri products
- Excellent understanding of Enterprise GIS databases, SDE, and related schemas
- Excellent scripting skills in Python, FME knowledge is of benefit
- Good understanding of coordinate systems
- Knowledge of GIS cloud deployments and remote sensing is a benefit
