In detail, you will:

- Manage the lifecycle of medium and large business projects from the setup/planning to execution and closing phase in accordance with the Borealis project management standards.
- Identify and secure the needed competences and effectively manage the project team in a multi-cultural context in on-site as well as remote environments.
- Establish & maintain the communication channels to project stakeholders and to interdependent projects in the entire project portfolio.
- Responsible for the coordination and successful completion of the project by performing a variety of tasks including agreeing on objectives and scope, creating schedules, resource and cost plans, analysing and mitigating project risks as well as controlling and reporting project performance.

**About you**:

- Hold a degree in Project Management, Business or Engineering and can demonstrate an excellent knowledge of Project Management standards and best practices.
- Track record of managing projects in the chemicals industry, in particular managing strategy projects, post-merger-integrations or lean/process improvements.
- Good command of project management tools like MS Project, Clarity PPM, JIRA as well as communication tools like MS Teams, Sharepoint, ect.
- Project management certificates (PMI, IPMA, Agile, ) are an advantage
