Für unseren modernen Fertigungsbetrieb am Standort **GRAZ** **suchen wir im Planungszentrum einen Mitarbeiter in der Auftragsabwicklung (m/w/d):
**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Selbständige Abwicklung von Fertigungsaufträgen für unsere Geschäftsbereiche und Erreichen von Kundenzufriedenheit hinsichtlich Termin, Kosten und Qualität
- Terminliche Planung und Steuerung der Aufträge ab Auftragsübernahme bis zur Auslieferung
- Sie unterstützen die Geschäftsbereiche bei Kalkulationen und verfolgen aktiv die Kostenentwicklung der Aufträge
- Bearbeitung und Aufbereitung von Stücklisten mit Make or Buy-Entscheidung
- Werksmontagevorbereitung und Versandabstimmung
- Mitarbeit und Leitung von Verbesserungsprojekten (Unterstützung Produktentwicklung, Kostenoptimierung,)

**Ihre Qualifikation**:

- Abgeschlossene Lehre sowie Werkmeister
- oder HTL- Ausbildung
- Erfahrung im Bereich der Auftragsabwicklung in einem Produktionsumfeld
- Kenntnisse in Office-Programmen (Excel, Word)
- SAP-Kenntnisse
- Englischkenntnisse
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

**Unser Angebot**:
Wir bieten nach intensiver Einschulung sehr selbstständige und abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben an.

Für diese Position gilt ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestgehalt ab brutto € 2.763,02 / Monat.

Je nach fachlicher Qualifikation und einschlägiger Berufserfahrung wird eine Überzahlung vereinbart. Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten im Rahmen unseres weltweit agierenden Unternehmens stehen Ihnen offen.
