**HR Support (all genders)**

Als HR Support unterstützt du die HR-Abteilung in den unterschiedlichsten Tätigkigkeitsbereichen in administrativen und operativen Belangen.

**What you will be doing**:

- Übernahme des Mitarbeiteronboardings
- Pflege von Mitarbeiterdaten
- Erstellung von monatlichen Reports und Übernahme der vorbereitenden Gehaltsabrechnung (Übermittlung von Überstunden, Krankmeldungen)
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von HR-Richtlinien
- Beantwortung von Mitarbeiteranfragen zu unseren internen HR-Richtlinien und allgemeinen HR-Fragen
- Erstellung von HR-bezogenen Dokumenten wie beispielsweise Arbeitsverträgen, Mitarbeiterzeugnisse, Gehaltserhöhungen, Kündigungsschreiben
- Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung der Employer Branding Stategie
- Planung und Umsetzung der Company Events, wie beispielsweise Afterworks, Weihnachtsfeier, Sommerfest
- Beantragung von Arbeitserlaubnissen für ausländische Mitarbeiter:innen (RWR-Card, Blue Card)
- Implementierung von neuen HR-Prozessen

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Bachelor-Abschluss (oder in Ausbildung) in Personalwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich (oder vergleichbare Erfahrung)
- MS Office-Kenntnisse
- Hervorragende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse (Betriebssprache ist Englisch)
- Erfahrung in einer HR-Verwaltungs
- oder Support-Rolle von Vorteil
- Solides Verständnis von HR-Prozessen
- Kenntnisse in Arbeitsgesetzen und Vorschriften von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse mit der HR-Software “Personio” von Vorteil

Minimum salary € 33,000. gross/year (for full-time) with readiness for overpayment, depending on your qualification and professional experience.
