**Join our Reporting & Analytics Team at the Red Bull Base in Elsbethen**

Reporting & Analytics is a team of data experts supporting data driven projects within the Operations department. We make data and analysis available for fact-based decision making. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Reporting & Analytics Specialist with a technical affinity. You will translate business requirements into technical concepts and drive the development of the BI landscape in close collaboration with the IT team.

**DEVELOP THE CONCEPT**

In Data Integration/Reporting projects you'll act as a translator between business and IT. Your responsibility is to collect and analyse requirements from our Operations teams and to transform them into system-based concepts, which will be used for technical implementation. Furthermore, you'll be responsible for developing and executing Operations Analytics projects.

**MANAGE THE PROJECT**

You'll define project plans in close alignment with business stakeholders as well as IT, follow up on milestones and make sure that deadlines are met. You'll be responsible for setting the right priorities and pro-active communication with all involved parties. You'll identify bottlenecks and find alternatives to remove the roadblocks.

**DOCUMENT AND TEST**

You'll prepare the documentation of the business requirements for IT implementation, as well as end-user documentation for finalized reports/dashboards. You'll conduct the testing and the quality assurance.

**TRAIN AND SUPPORT**

You'll provide training on newest reports and tools to end-users located worldwide.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in coordinating/managing cross-functional data related projects in Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Operations management or Controlling.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint. Basic programming skills (R/Python).

Data analytics expertise, strong ability to understand data elements, sources, and relationships.

High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

The capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.

Team player, self-motivated, goal-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.208,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
