For our **People Operations **team we are looking for an experienced **Sr. Communications Manager (M/F/x)**. In this position you will work on continuously improving the way we communicate important topics within the company.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- 3-5+ years of experience building communication strategies in a fast-paced environment;
- Expertise in for finding new ways to communicate and improve attention to important messages;
- A proactive approach to crisis communication topics;
- You enjoy teaching and preparing workshops;
- You are diligent and attentive to detail;
- You love talking to people and learning new things;
- You are a team-player and work with complete discretion;
- You love topics like radical honesty, radical candor, OKRs;
- You are completely fluent in English, German is preferred;
- You think a great speech can change the world and want to spend your time making a difference

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- You will work in the People Operations team (formerly known as HR);
- You will work on continuously improving the way we communicate important topics within the company - such as new goals, strategies, new projects, successes, failures, our values etc;
- You will work closely with the Sr. PR Manager on improving team communication, Founder communication, change communication, etc;
- You will collaborate closely with our People Development and Happiness Team, our Head of People Operations, and other Leaders within the company;
- You will design and lead workshops on Communication topics;
- Your overall goal is to make key messages available and heard throughout and beyond our organization.
