Ihre Aufgaben

STRABAG‘s Ventures & New Technologies Team is responsible for identifying and evaluating new business opportunities, find product-market fit for business model hypotheses and hands-on venturing. You will be part of a new team at STRABAG, conquering new and challenging spaces. You will build upon existing know-how of STRABAG experts but enjoy operational freedom and flexibility in executing strategically relevant projects by developing new business models.

Work within a venture team, identify new markets and develop business models for STRABAG
Explore and analyze industries, markets and businesses
Develop business plans, competitor analyses and financial business cases for new ventures and joint initiatives from scratch
Financial modeling and preparation of investment memorandums
Prepare strategic documents, presentations, handovers, and venture pitch decks for senior management for do-or-die sessions
Ihre Qualifikationen
Relevant work experience in fast-paced environment such as VC, PE, M&A, corporate development, management consulting, growth startup or similar
Exceptional academic records (business administration, entrepreneurship, economics, engineering, or equivalent are preferred)
Experience in business and financial planning
You are passionate about the ConstructionTech and PropTech space
Fluency in German and English, spoken and written
