Your Tasks- Office management and administrative support for the International Conference Management team
- Taking minutes at meetings in English and German
- Supporting the organization, follow-up and invoicing of worldwide workshops and conferences
- Travel bookings
- Inventory management of the internal department
- Your Profile- Completed higher education, preferably with a business background such as HAK or HBLA
- First work experience in a similar position is an advantage
- Good user knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Very good command of written and spoken English and German
- Independent working style as well as a sociable and open personality
