Du bist Teil des Wachstumsmarktes Healthcare IT und gestaltest unter dem Fokus Das Vernetzungs KIS mit einem erfolgreichen Team die Weiterentwicklung unserer Krankenhausinformationssysteme (KIS).

Dein Beitrag:

- Als Product Manager (m/w/d) definierst und koordinierst Du alle fachlichen und rechtlichen Anforderungen an unsere Standardsoftware und entwickelst die Marktstrategie für die von Dir verantworteten Produktbereiche.
- Du bist für die Weiterentwicklung der Softwaremodule im Bereich Steuerung und Dokumentation stationärer Abläufe in CGM CLINICAL verantwortlich und stehst dabei in enger Abstimmung mit unseren Entwicklern (m/w/d), Architekten (m/w/d) und der Qualitätssicherung.
- Außerdem verantwortest Du die Produkt-Roadmap sowie das Produkt-Backlog.
- Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du den Vertrieb im Verkaufsprozess mit Präsentationen auf Veranstaltungen und den Support in der Konfiguration sowie der Einführung bei unseren Kunden.
- Die Erstellung von Fachkonzepten und Epics, die die Produktvision realisieren, runden Dein Aufgabengebiet ab.

Das bringst Du mit:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich IT oder Naturwissenschaften, alternativ gleichwertige Berufserfahrung.
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im klinisch/pflegerischen Bereich oder als Product Owner (m/w/d) in der Healthcare-IT.
- Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden sowie im Anforderungsmanagement.
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse.

Wenn Du Dich angesprochen fühlst, bieten wir Dir auf Basis Vollzeit ein Bruttojahresgehalt ab € 49.000,-. Wir richten uns dabei nach dem IT-Kollektivvertrag.
