**Here's what we're looking for**:
We are looking for a fun and communicative person to make our users happy A true Happiness Hero. You'll be working within a team of 4 people to ensure issues are resolved and feedback is heard from nearly a million users across the business. You should also have a bit of a soft spot for projects and process development.

**Your upcoming mission**:

- Phone support is helpful from time to time in resolving customer queries.
- Help the whole mySugr team understand what's going on in the user world.

**Essential skills for your mission**:

- Work experience in customer support and dealing with people
- Flexible work schedule - some days there is more to do and others less.
- High social and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and flexibility
- Computer affinity (iOs and Android should not be foreign words to you)
- Native level written and verbal communication in German
- Fluent in English (grammar and spelling), preferably a third language.
- You are either an EU citizen or hold a valid Austrian work permit

**Bonus skills**:

- Experience in working with a CRM system/tool
- Knowledge of the diabetes industry or other comparable health industries
- Experience working in startup environments
