Senior Product Manager, Growth

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Are you a Growth advocate looking for an exciting challenge? Then look no further As our new Senior Product Manager, you'll join a Team of Growth experts to take the entire Meister portfolio to the next level. Together with your peers from Design and Engineering, you'll innovate our business model, driving user conversion and monetization. In close collaboration with data and marketing teams, you will deliver product innovations that maximize customer value.

Your strong data skills enable you to identify high-impact opportunities, run pricing experiments, and align product growth initiatives with commercial strategies for maximum business impact.
- ** Product-Led Growth Championship.**You have a track record of driving significant user and revenue growth through product-led initiatives that complement a sales-driven motion.
- ** Entrepreneurial.** You have a proactive and self-driven mindset, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and initiative in achieving business objectives. You are used to managing multiple projects simultaneously without losing sight of priorities.
- ** Product Trio Mindset.** You have a hand for collaboration with Engineering and Design teams and can manage complex product backlogs, aligning them with business goals and striving for excellence. Mentoring experience is a plus
- ** Deep User Empathy.**You have a thorough understanding of user-centered design principles and strive to help users to discover their true needs.
- ** Technical Understanding.** You can grasp the high-level architecture of a product and are comfortable talking about scope and feasibility with your engineering counterparts. A background in technology is a plus
- ** Clear Communication.**You excel at conveying complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear writing, presentations, and visuals. Your strong stakeholder management skills enable you to effectively communicate ideas and decision rationale across all levels.
