The Indirect Service Market Manager (M/F/d) is a pivotal role designed to enhance the partnership between INNIO Jenbacher and its distributors in indirect markets. This role ensures that the voice of our distributors is effectively integrated into the organization, facilitating a coordinated approach to problem-solving and solution execution. In this role you are responsible for relationship management, customer retention, and strategic representation of INNIO Jenbacher's interests, with a focus on service quality and financial performance.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- ** Distributor Advocacy**: Serve as the primary advocate and contact for distributors, ensuring their needs are addressed and aligned with INNIO Jenbacher's strategic direction
- ** Contract and Business Management**: Oversee contract management and ensure smooth business execution, upholding INNIO's entitlements and operational excellence
- ** KPI-Driven Performance**: Implement and manage a KPI-driven approach to enhance distributor performance and ensure continuous improvement
- ** Communication and Information Flow**:**Facilitate effective communication and reporting between distributors and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate information exchange
- ** Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with distributors to foster mutual growth and success
- ** Proactive Issue Resolution**:**Address and resolve issues proactively, acting as an intermediary for escalations and ensuring compliance with processes
- ** Channel Partner Guidance**:**Manage and guide channel partners, leveraging KPIs to drive performance and achieve business objectives

**Your Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics or related area combined with strong technical affinity
- Strong commercial background with strong working experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong skills in customer interaction, negotiation, and issue resolution
- Independent communicator and facilitator paired with great ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong user of MS-Office and fluency in English, German or any other language is ideal
- Occasional travel with max. 20% per year

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.269,07 gross per month (x14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
