This position will drive the overall strategy & execution for INNIO Jenbacher Service long term agreements (=LTA) in all Jenbacher Service Regions. The position is the key role between customer and market requirements to our head quarter in Jenbach. This includes the definition of requirements, execution and serialization, driving and coordinating all involved functions (Pricing, Engineering, Service Operations, Service Sales) to reach our growth objectives.

**Our Requirements**:

- Successfully grow by far the biggest service products within Jenbacher Service
- Work closely with the regional and global Service team and with Service Engineering to drive the integration of new products into the organization
- Managing all commercial, technical and marketing aspects for your product line
- Own commercialization strategy and pricing, liaise with commercial, marketing & communication teams
- Drive the execution of service product projects in all related functions
- Be responsible for the overall cross functional execution and serialization (Engineering, Operations, Services and Sourcing)
- Transition results from our Service NPI (=New Product Introduction) projects to new/adapted service products
- Own the product strategy and NPI budget allocation for Service products
- Own overall NPI project plan (time, budget, PRD/CTQ fulfillment/execution)
- Participate in annual business budget planning
- Drive 100% compliance to maintain the highest level of integrity and ethics in all dealings with external customers, outside suppliers and the internal team

**Your Profile**:

- Master’s degree in technical and/or business related area
- Substantial experience in large scale program/project management
- Proven track of successful managing/coordinating diverse, cross functional and multidisciplinary projects
- Experienced in product management and commercialization
- Strong strategic thinking to define furture service market / products
- Ability to interact smoothly at all levels of the organization
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with team player mentality
- Change agent and continuous improvement mindset
- ** Fluent in English and German (oral and written)**:

- Willingness and ability to travel (~5% of the time)

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 4.112,78 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
