**Your Responsibilities**:

- ** End-to-End Product Ownership**: Take full responsibility for a defined service product group — from concept to launch and lifecycle management
- ** Market & Customer Insight**:Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and drive meaningful growth for the Services business
- ** Strategy & Business Case Development**:Build compelling business cases, define pricing strategies, and develop product roadmaps aligned with company goals
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Operations and Finance to develop and deliver impactful service solutions
- ** Go-to-Market Execution**: Lead the rollout of new services, support internal enablement, and ensure successful adoption across global markets
- ** Performance Monitoring & Optimization**: Define KPIs, track product performance, and continuously improve based on data and feedback

**Your Profile**:

- Technical degree with strong commercial understanding or business degree with solid technical background
- Experience in product management, ideally within an industrial or power generation-related environment
- Strong self-motivation, structured working style, and a hands-on mentality
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across functions and cultures
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support customer engagement and product initiatives
