We are looking for a Customer Support Representative in our Customer Success team to join us on this exciting journey

Your mission

As our Customer Support Representative at Prewave, you will
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions accurately
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Educate customers on product features and best practices
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation

**Profile**:
Must haves
- Demonstrated experience in customer support or similar role
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and basic technical understanding
- Experience working with Excel, including formulas and other functionalities
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries
- Excellent skills in English and German, both written and spoken

Bonus points for
- Proficiency in additional languages besides English.
- Experience in remote customer support.
- Certification in customer service or related field
- Familiarity with CRM systems for managing customer interactions

What we offer you
- An extensive compensation package

According to our collective agreement, the minimum salary for this role is EUR 2,396 gross per month, however the higher packages are likely based on your qualifications and experience.
