**Tasks**:

- Preparation of Financial Statements: Ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, with a focus on maintaining transparency in financial reporting
- Optimization of Cash Flow and Working Capital: Conducting ongoing analysis and optimization of cash flow and working capital management
- Audit Management: Managing internal and external audits, while coordinating effectively with various stakeholders
- Representation: Acting as the company’s representative to external stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions
- Insurance Management: Managing local insurance arrangements to ensure comprehensive risk coverage
- Tax Strategy: Overseeing the local tax strategy to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Internal Control Environment: Establishing and enhancing a robust internal control environment to ensure strict compliance
- Compliance Assurance: Ensuring adherence to internal and external accounting standards (IFRS, UGB/HGB) and tax regulations
- Business Partnership: Serving as a key partner to General Management and the global finance community, fostering strong internal collaboration
- Leadership: Providing leadership and development to the Heads of Accounting and Customs

**Skills**:

- At least 6 - 8 years of professional experience in a leading position in an organisation of comparable size
- Extensive knowledge of financial standards, including IFRS, UGB, and HGB
- Demonstrated strong analytical abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- German at native speaker level and advanced knowledge of written and spoken English

The minimum salary for this position is € 4.738,94 gross per month on a full-time basis (38.5 hours). A **significant** overpayment in line with your qualifications and experience is a matter of course for us.
