Head of Product / Testing (m/f/d) for software company For an international company in the medtech sector The company: Our client is an innovative and fast-growing technology company whose solutions make the development of medical software safer and more efficient. The role: Management and expansion of the quality engineering team Planning and coordination of verification and validation for software releases Expansion of automated test frameworks (including Playwright, Typescript, Cucumber Ensuring fast and reliable CI/CD pipelines Interface function between engineering, DevOps, product and other teams Responsibility for risk management and audit preparation (e.g., IEC 62304) Promotion of a culture of quality throughout the product and engineering departments Requirements: Completed technical degree or equivalent training At least 10 years of experience in software quality management, including 5 years in a management position Proven experience in fast-growing companies In-depth knowledge of QA methods, tools, and processes Hands-on experience with Typescript/ JavaScript and testing tools such as Playwright or Cypress Ideally, experience in regulated industries (medtech, finance, automotive, etc.) and in audit management The offer: Attractive bonus model and profit-sharing options Hybrid working model (home office & office) International career and training opportunities If you are looking for a responsible management position in an innovative and growing company, we look forward to receiving your online application.
