**Universal Edition** ist ein weltweit tätiger, österreichischer **Musikverlag** mit Werken von Komponist*innen und Musikströmungen des 20. und 21. Jahrhunderts. Aktuell wird ein Head of Innovation / Business Development (M/F/d) gesucht, um neue Geschäftsmodelle und Produktinnovationen voranzutreiben.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Entwickeln von neuen Geschäftsmodellen (Produkte und Dienstleistungen)
- Die Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Geschäfts, um interne Innovation zu ermöglichen und diese anzustoßen
- Führungsverantwortung für den Produktentwicklungsprozess Notenmaterial (Kauf
- und Leihprodukte)
- Projektmanagement mit unterschiedlichen Unternehmensbereichen
- Budgetierung und Planung des Bereichs
- Projektfinanzierung durch Fördermittel
- Entwicklung strategischer Partnerschaften

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Innovationskraft, visionäres Denken, Antizipationsvermögen
- Eigeninitiative, Umsetzungsstärke
- Fähigkeit für komplexe Sachverhalte Entscheidungsvorschläge und skalierbare Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Sehr gutes Technologie-Verständnis und strukturiertes Denken
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden wie Design Thinking, Lean Start-up etc.
- Kaufmännische Kenntnisse
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Musikaffinität

**Das Angebot**:

- Dotierung: Ab EUR 60.000 Jahresbruttogehalt zuzüglich variablem Anteil mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung entsprechend der Qualifikationen und Berufserfahrung
- Zwei Tage pro Woche Home-Office Möglichkeit
