**Key Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the leadership and management of the assigned Medical TA with all assigned brands in strategic development and execution
- Ensure the assessment of all Medical TA associates competencies, skills, effectiveness and progress toward objectives are met.
- People management and training / development for all Medical TA associated associates
- Accountable for the performance management, evaluation process, development process and organizational talent review process for the Medical TA associates as well as for building and implementing high-quality standardized processes across the Medical TA associates.
- Taking Budget planning and execution responsibility and being accountable for the yearly medical planning process within the assigned Medical TA.
- Ensuring cross-functional strategic alignment and close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Market Access and Development peers
- Scientific input in the Phase I-IV clinical trial program
- Oversight of all respective PhIV/GMA medical activities

**Role Requirements**
**Essential Requirements**:
- Medically qualified and registered physician or PhD/PharmD preferred higher medical qualification or scientific degree preferred
- More than 2 years of experience in clinical medicine and/or clinical research
- Proven Leadership in the pharmaceutical industry
- German and English language mandatory
- Strong Interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

For this position the minimum salary is € 89.600/year (on a full-time basis). The actual salary will be significantly higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
We are open for part-time and job-sharing models and support flexible and remote working where possible.
