We are looking for an exceptional **Indirect Purchasing Manager** who will develop and implement operational and strategic purchasing initiatives, leading commercial projects and ensuring their success. With your negotiation skills and entrepreneurial mindset, you will drive transformative change, optimizing procurement processes and making a significant impact.

As an
**Indirect Purchasing Manager**, you are responsible for:

- Independent supplier selection, comparison of offers, technical evaluation, and specification requirements
- Procurement of goods and services in the areas of IT, marketing, finance, HR, and administration
- Optimization and continuous adaptation of procurement processes
- Negotiation with suppliers and service providers (contracts, prices, offers)
- Optimization of guidelines and processes within the purchasing landscape
- Consultation with departments on commercial matters
- Central point of contact for service providers on contract-related issues
- Contract analysis regarding efficiency potential, risks, and applicable procedures

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of proven professional experience in indirect procurement/contract management, ideally in a heterogeneous environment
- Good knowledge of procurement processes and contract law
- Experience in project management
- Strong negotiation skills, diplomatic communication, assertiveness, and cost consciousness
- Strategic and analytical thinking, independent work style
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
