**Your responsibilities at waterdrop®**
- As a (Senior) Purchasing Manager (M/F/d) you have full responsibility for the whole purchasing process of our accessoires and bottles
- You plan and manage purchasing orders based on our company forecasts
- You place orders, keep track of the whole delivery process and follow up on the shipment status to ensure the delivery of goods and replenishments just in time
- You are responsible for the overall purchasing budget and all related financial commitments
- You play a role in supplier management: support in the search, selection and evaluation of suppliers as well as maintenance and expansion of supplier relationships
- You negotiate the best prices and collaboration on contracts with international suppliers
- You help to develop our sourcing strategies
- You are aiming for a constant improvement of supplier quality and reduction of material costs

**What you should bring with you**:

- You have gained a minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role in a renowned manufacturing company
- You have successfully graduated from a business school/university or have finished an equivalent education
- You are a strong communicator; Chinese/Russian/German or any other language skills are a big plus
- You are tech savvy and have experience working with an ERP system eg Oracle Netsuite
- Your ability to prioritize and your structured & strategic working approach enable you to prosper in a fast paced, and results-oriented environment
