To strengthen our **Procurement** department for the Board & Paper Division at our headquarters in Vienna, we are looking for a dedicated **Category Manager** (M/F/d).

**YOUR ROLE**:

- You carry out price, condition and contract negotiations
- You maintain relationships with key suppliers and develop strategic partnerships and a network of key stakeholders
- You implement demand-driven purchasing methodologies and best practices
- You actively engage in strategic sourcing initiatives with engineering technology
- You analyse demand and supply trends and participate in CAPEX projects
- You identify savings initiatives in collaboration with technical departments and local purchasing organizations

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- You have completed your technical studies and possess a basic understanding of Business administration
- You gained profound work experience in a senior purchasing role (preferably paper or process industry)
- You demonstrate in-depth knowledge of procurement and global sourcing, including in particular knowledge of modern purchasing methodologies and tools
- You have strong project management and leadership skills
- You are a natural communicator and have the ability to create buy-in
- English (C-Level), German is an advantage
