**Category Development and Innovation**
- Develop and manage a dynamic range of dry food products, aligning market trends with unique offerings.
- Collaborate with the Senior Category Manager to enhance category profitability and distinctiveness through innovative approaches.

**Supplier Relationship Management**
- Establish and nurture strong partnerships with suppliers, emphasizing transparency and mutual growth.
- Focus on opportunities for small and regional producers to ensure freshness and sustainability.

**Pricing Strategy and Inventory Efficiency**
- Develop competitive retail pricing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Optimize inventory management to ensure product availability, minimize waste, and maintain freshness.

**Collaboration and Teamwork**
- Work cross-functionally with departments to align goals and execute strategies effectively.
- Maintain open and transparent communication channels within the team.

**Customer-Centric Approach**
- Continuously research customer preferences and market trends in the dry food category to exceed expectations.
- Incorporate customer feedback into product development and service enhancements.

**Deine**Erfahrung**
**- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1-2 years in category management, retail, or a related field, preferably with a focus on impactful results.
- German: C2 (Upper Advanced/Fluent)
- English: B2 (Upper Intermediate)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in IT and tools supporting category management.
- Resilient, adaptable, and proactive, especially in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for quality food products, particularly in dry food categories such as nutritional products, canned goods, and confectionery.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning.
