We are looking for a Quality Manager with experience in successfully implementing modern quality management methods in a steadily growing company. You will work in a globally responsible team for the entire Anton Paar Group, driving the continuous development of the Integrated Management System and adapting the most suitable methods for the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Redesigning internal error management and implementing all necessary interfaces with other key processes
- Conducting and moderating product quality and cost-of-failure analyses
- Moderating product quality issues with relevant departments
- Ongoing product quality monitoring
- Close collaboration with departments and subsidiaries
- Continuous improvement of process quality within the Integrated Management System
- Conducting internal audits

**Requirements**:

- Completed technical/scientific degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in quality management and/or process management
- Experience in quality cost management is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Solution-oriented, independent, and structured working style
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Willingness to travel
