We are looking for a motivated Team Assistant (Working Student) to support our Head of Product and the wider Product Team in day-to-day operations, administration, and smaller project tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business administration, coordination, project and product management as well as analytics within a dynamic and international environment.

As a Team Assistant in our Product Team, you will provide essential support across a wide range of activities. From coordinating meetings and maintaining documentation to running analytics and assisting with smaller projects, your contributions will help ensure that our team operates smoothly and efficiently.

**Your areas of responsibility**:

- Support the Head of Product with administrative tasks
- Maintain and update documentation, trackers, and project overviews
- Provide general team support in daily operations and ad-hoc requests
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support decision-making
- Simplify current documentation and support business development in maintenance
- Assist with smaller product-related projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and prepare meetings, including agendas and follow-ups

**Your profile**:

- Ongoing studies (Bachelor / Master) in Business Administration, Organizational Studies or any business related field
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (especially Sheets and Slides for analytics).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Proactive attitude with a hands-on mentality
- Fluency in English
- A genuine interest in product development and the mission of Holzkern

**Contract**: Fixed-term until March 2026 (extension possible).
**Workplace**: Hybrid (Holzkern HQ in Vienna and home office)
**Salary**: The salary for this position starts at € 2.000;
