**Company Description**

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Assistant to the Executive Vice President Northern & Latin America (EVP NAMLAM) to join our team in Amstetten, Austria. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative support to the EVP and the Area Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and facilitating effective communication across countries and functions:

- Manage calendars, including scheduling meetings and ensuring a proper preparation
- Act as a liaison between the EVP and internal/external stakeholders and facilitate communication between the NAMLAM countries, the Area Team and the head office
- Support visitors from our country organizations with their trip to the head office (travel arrangements, hotel bookings, meeting organization) and act as their go-to-person during their stay
- Coordinate and organize team communication and collaboration, e.g. by maintaining our communication channels, file shares
- Assist in managing expense reports, cost charging, invoice controlling, purchase orders, asset inventory, time sheets and much more
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Support special projects and initiatives as needed

**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
- Fluency in English required; Spanish or German language skills are a plus
- Strong organizational, communicational and time management skill
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in working in an international business environment and adaptability to work with diverse teams across different time zones
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with a high level of discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

**A salary in line with the market is offered for this position based on the specific qualification and professional experience.**

We are required by law to state the minimum annual gross salary for this position which is EUR 36.725,78 according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry).
