We are looking for support in our Controlling Team for the Business Area North & Latin America in part-time (20-25h weekly).
- Implementation of controlling standards and continuous improvement of controlling processes in the Business Area
- Support with Area reporting focusing monthly actual
- Preparation of ad‐hoc analysis via Power BI and regular report updates
- Maintenance of credit note and credit limit approval workflow
- Contribution to the roll out, support and further development of the controlling systems and -tools
- Support controlling training programs within the Area and support of the countries
- Coordination of the cooperation with the central functional departments, especially with Doka Controlling
- Execution of regular reviews to assure compliance with the standards (especially regarding receivables) and continuous improvement of the processes

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in Finance / Controlling or minimum of 3 years´ experience in Controlling in an international environment
- Excellent English language skills; preferably German language skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); tech affinity
- Strong sense of urgency & effective working style
- Self-driven with effective time management
- Proactive and effective interpersonal relationship & communication skills
- Ability to work independently

**Additional Information**:

- The position is classified as group IV according to the collective agreement of the wood-processing industry. That would mean a monthly minimum full-time salary of EUR 3.066,65; actual salary depending on qualification and experience.
