Your mission
- Develop and drive the sustainability agenda and activities in Corrugated Solutions
- Act as first point of contact for sustainability-related questions within Corrugated Solutions
- Act as the sustainability expert to our Sales and product development teams
- Drive and contribute to sustainability-related product development and innovation within CrS and support the creation of product design guidelines
- Define a sustainability dashboard and break down relevant KPIs to product level, be the responsible for data collection, reporting, analysis and recommendations
- Develop together with sales end-use customer relationships to increase sales in strategic end-uses via back-selling, support answering to customer inquiries, join customer meetings to present Mondi's SD approach, achievements
- Facilitate and drive knowledge exchange around sustainability across all levels within Corrugated Solutions
- Prepare regular overview and interpretation of trends and legislation on European and national level and breaking down the relevant essence for the product development and sales positioning, and create the relevant benchmarks
- Engage with institutions, associations, NGOs and sustainability platforms to be on the pulse of discussions and definitions and insights, and coordinate for CrS Mondi’s contribution in external stakeholder initiatives related to sustainability initiatives

**Profile**:

- Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex technical topics in an understandable, accurate way
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a seniority for C-level customers and back selling meetings (FMCG/Retail, Heavy Duty, Industrial, eCommerce, FFV)
- Hands-on mentality, able to execute projects in an agile and fast way, strategic thinking and analytical approach
- Results-oriented leadership style with a ‘can do’ attitude and positive mindset as well as an entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, other language skills are an additional asset
- University degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in sustainability and/or environment management
- 3 years’ project management experience in the context of sustainability, preferably gained in the B2B industry (packaging/packaged goods or adjacent industry preferred) in the area of sustainability, technical sales or business development
- Proven experience in managing senior customer relationships
- Process knowledge preferably gained in the paper and FMCG industry
- Relevant work experience within a research and/or product development or quality audit, preferably in multinational organisations
- Understanding of the paper industry value chain and the challenges of creating sustainable solutions is an additional asset
- Willingness to travel (up to 50%)

**Offer**:

- Location: Group Office Vienna (AT), or in/close to one of our CrS locations in Central Europe or Poland
- Start date: as soon as possible, considering your availability (e.g. notice period)
- Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week, all-in contract
- We offer a minimum compensation package starting at € 50,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
