We are seeking a colleague, who will be an enthusiastic and creative team player; with the ability to envision the big picture and the willingness to also learn about and contribute to other expert areas for our product to be successful. If you are ready to take responsibility and grow with us, then we are looking for you as Project Manager (M/F/x) in our office in the south of Munich (or alternatively in Vienna)

**In this role, you will**
- actively support the definition of the project scope, goals and deliverables including work packages/tasks, schedule and the required resources
- be fully responsible for the project planning and execution in time cost and quality
- support, direct and coordinate the interdisciplinary project team
- provide information on timing of processes as well as coordinate and schedule appointments
- be responsible for the project budget
- track deliverables and manage the documentation and quality assurance
- monitor and report on project progress and report the results to stakeholders
- implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
- deliver and install technology solutions
- be the main contact person for and foster partnerships with customers and stakeholders
- be in charge of shipment, e.g. creation of documents and forms
**You are a perfect match, if you have**
- successfully completed a bachelor's, master's or diploma degree in economics, or a degree with a technical focus
- a PMI certification or other similar education in the field of project management
- a minimum of 5 years professional expertise in project management - ideally in leading complex and big projects in the range of 7 to 8 digits or in the military sector
- the ability to be a proactive and problem solving team player, experience in coordinating interdisciplinary teams, combined with organizational working skills and a creative mindset
- openness to travel and the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environments
- excellent written & verbal communications skills, with customers, teams and stakeholders
- very good knowledge of MS Office tools
- a good technical understanding and know-how of related software tools is a plus
- excellent English and German language skills
