Junior Technical Analyst

- Treasury & Midoffice department is located at Erste Campus in Vienna and is servicing Erste Markets line by providing internal business & IT consultancy, managing internal and external IT solutions as well as further developing them.- Business areas that are covered include: markets trading, markets funding, markets 360 and security servicing.- In order to strengthen our team we are looking for a Junior Technical Analyst for Solution Operation of Kondor+ and Colline, you will initiate customizations to better meet customer requirements. In this role you will also communicate with the customer, service desk and support in a friendly and professional manner. Furthermore, you will troubleshoot and resolve incidents within the service level agreement (SLA) as well as delivering service / operation requests. In addition, you will create and maintain proper documentation to ensure the quality of our solution.- You check these boxes:
- You have strong analytical thinking skills and a technical background, ideally with a completed technical degree
- Building a good relationship with our customers/users is a matter of course for you
- Basic know how of databases e.g., Sybase / Oracle and associated queries
- Hands-on experience with Unix (basic commands, vi editor )
