What to do:
  • You support the team in the analysis of technical requirements in close cooperation with your business partners (Technical and Business Analysts)
  • You create and review functional designs regarding solution architecture, future business needs and operations
  • You act as an interface between our business stakeholders and our software developers
  • You create a common understanding of business requirements, design solutions that follows our best practices, and you always have a clear end-customer focus in mind
  • You are going to work in a great team and with a diverse group of people such as other technical/business analysts and developers 
  • You are going to work with tools like Jira for ticket management and Confluence for documentation purposes

  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are able to analyze complex technical problems and provide solutions
  • You have an agile and proactive working style and thrive for bringing new ideas and contribute to our future solutions
  • You understand the needs, challenges and limitations from business as well as technical perspectives and are able communicate technical knowledge also to non-technical stakeholders
  • You have the ability to work independently, but also the passion for teamwork
  • You have very good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • You support our business partners in their daily work and are available to provide advice
  • You are willing to learn and keep up-to-date with the latest technological developments and trends
  • You have very good SQL skills and data base knowledge
  • You have very good BI and Data Warehouse knowledge
  • Knowledge about Cloud and version control system (GIT) is welcomed
  • Knowledge in the banking area would be a benefit as well
