**People Business Partner**
As a People Business Partner at iTranslate, you will be a trusted partner and advisor to managers across multiple functions and working with them to implement initiatives related to developing and retaining our team members. We are looking for a People Business Partner that will work alongside our global People & Culture team to think outside the box to generate and implement new ideas and strategies to standardize and streamline our people processes. This role is an individual contributor and will be reporting into the Senior Director of People & Culture.
**What you'll do**:

- Execute people strategies to complement or enhance our existing programs focused on, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, engagement, and recognition
- Partner with the Learning & Development team to facilitate tailored learning experiences geared towards team/competency building, leadership development, and career progression
- Identify opportunities to use technology and automation where inefficiencies are seen to make everyone's lives easier and enhance overall communication between teams
- Drive effective change management through high touch communication that will include discussions/meetings with leaders and employees. Support leaders through change management and communication of other people policies/practices
- Build compliance into all activities, including maintaining documentation around all employee relations and performance discussions
- Support managers with adapting to a culture of continuous feedback
- Work with team leaders on change management, performance management and talent management initiatives
- Collaborate with globally distributed People Team to build and implement cross-functional programs and initiatives
- Proactively utilize people trends and analytics to implement and manage projects and programs
- Create a metrics-driven approach to solutions and leverage analytics and insights to create compelling narratives for change and to gain sponsorship to drive informed decision-making
**What you bring**:

- 5+ years experience in a progressive Business Partner role, with a broad depth of experience in change & talent management, employee relations, succession planning, training
- Project management experience a plus
- Experience working as part of a global matrixed team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; self-motivated and excited to take initiative
- Comfort with high ambiguity and ability to adapt to frequent change and growth
- A creative, resourceful problem solver with excellent teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and with a wide range of personalities and skill sets
- A high degree of flexibility and creativity, extremely organized and detail-oriented, and excellent interface, communication, and presentation skills
