At our location in Vienna, we are currently recruiting:
Energy Excellence Programm Manager (HSEQ)

In this role you will manage the implementation of global operational Semperit ESG / sustainability strategy and projects with focus on energy. Another important aspect is leading the execution of a broad-based, companywide strategic ESG / sustainability initiative with focus on energy throughout the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for designing and adapting the overarching ESG / sustainability strategy for the entire Group in respect to energy. Coordination with internal departments, leading participation in related strategy topics
- Manages and leads the Group ESG / Sustainability energy initiatve, manage and coordinate stakeholder, agree on improvement potential and track performance.
- Identifies areas for improvements for energy topics, support strategic decision-making processes through internal and external benchmark analysis
- Auditing of implementations of ESG / Sustainability Standards in respect to energy
- Assess the organisation´s current energy performance and identifies and prioritizes the organisation´s issue. Manages external experts & consultants in this effort.
- Set-up of adequate tools and methodologies to measure and monitor progress against energy strategies, objectives and performance targets as well as to ensure consistent external reporting

**Requirements**:

- Technical university or equivalent technical education
- 3 years working experience in an international company in the field of Energy and Environment or Sustainability
- Alternatively an advanced professional consulting position in an international company
- Ability to effectively manage multi-stakeholder projects
- Experienced in working in diverse teams in a global matrix environment
- Very good skills in communication and project management
- Good command of English
