Zur Gestaltung der HR-Systemarchitektur sowie zur Weiterentwicklung der Digitalisierungsstrategie im HR-Bereich suchen wir eine*n kompetente*n

**HRIS LEAD (M/D/W)**:
**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Gesamtverantwortung für das konzernweite HR-System (dzt. SAP SuccessFasctors)
- Disziplinäre und fachliche Führung des HR IT Teams
- Budgetverantwortung für den Bereich HR-IT
- Planung und Steuerung von Digitalisierungs-Projekten und Initiativen mit interdisziplinären Teams (HR-Fachbereiche, IT, Business Units, externe Dienstleister)
- Laufende Evaluierung von Optimierungspotentialen und Konzeptentwicklung in Abstimmung mit den interdisziplinären Verantwortlichen
- Begleitung von HR-IT Change-Management Maßnahmen
- Projektcontrolling und Reporting insbesondere im Hinblick auf Einhaltung der Zeit-, Kosten
- und Qualitätsvorgaben
- Koordinierung der SAP-Key-User im HR-Bereich sowie Durchführung von Workshopsund Trainings

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder gleichwertige Ausbildung mit IT-Schwerpunkt
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich HR-IT / HR-Systeme (Prozesse und Digitalisierung)
- Erfahrung mit Planung, Implementierung und Monitoring von HR-Systemen (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday oder vergleichbares)
- Erste Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Führungsposition von Vorteil
- Erfahrung im Change-Management
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kommunikationsstärke und Überzeugungskraft
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und Lösungsorientierung
- Qualitäts
- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

- Jahresbruttogehalt von mindestens € 80.000;
