**Project Manager (m/w/*)**

Werden Sie Teil von Anovis als Project Manager für technische Projekte (IT-Infrastruktur).
Neben der Unterstützung unseres Service Delivery Management Teams (SDM) fungieren
Sie als Bindeglied zwischen allen projektrelevanten Abteilungen (Engineering, Sales,) der
Firma ANOVIS. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört neben der internen Tätigkeit ebenfalls das
externe Stakeholdermanagement.

Bei Anovis, einem IT-Infrastruktur, Netzwerk und IT-Security-Spezialist, steht die
Abdeckung der individuellen Bedarfe unserer Kundschaft durch spezifische
Produktlösungen im Vordergrund. Werden Sie Teil unseres führenden Managed Service
Providers und profitieren Sie von regelmäßigen fachlichen Austauschmöglichkeiten mit
Ihren Kolleg:innen, sowie Spezialist:innen in Schwesterunternehmen der CymbiQ-Gruppe.

**Ihre Herausforderungen**
- Schnittstelle und erste Ansprechperson im Projekt zwischen Kunde und der Anovis
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den projektrelevanten Stakeholdern
- Bereichsübergreifendes Qualitätsmanagement und Optimierung interner, sowie
- externer Prozesse- End-to-End Verantwortung für mehrere Kunden (inkl. Produktverkauf und
- Upselling)- Erstellung von projektbezogenen Performance Reviews, SLA, KPI Reporting
- Informationsmanagement
- Sicherstellung der Service PMO Continuity
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung in

bereichsübergreifenden Teams

**Ihr Profil**
- Projektmanagementausbildung (HTL/FH/Uni)
- 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Erfahrung bzw. Grundverständnis von technischen Prozessen und Projektabläufen
- Zertifizierung: IPMA (D, C bevorzugt), Scrum (von Vorteil)
- Projektmanagement-Methodik: Wasserfall, Hybrid, (Agil)
- Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Tools (MS Project, Confluence, dgl.)
- Gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2-Niveau)
- Sehr gute Organisations
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Starkes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und eigenverantwortlichem Arbeiten
