**Job description**:
Usersnap is a web-based user feedback software used by companies like Facebook, Canva, and Microsoft worldwide.

We are searching for a highly-driven Senior Growth Marketer with a proven track record in B2B lifecycle marketing and SaaS enterprise customer marketing.

**In this role, you’ll get to**
- Strategize the self-service product activation and retention funnel stages to increase ARPA and CLV
- Create product knowledge content, from newsletters to videos, to increase user engagement and usage
- Drive product adoption and upsell rates with free trial users and paying customers through effective communication and segmentation
- Build successful customer journeys and delightful customer experiences across channels by working closely with marketing, sales, and support
- Track and analyze all activities and ask critical questions to move the growth needle with the team.

**Job requirements**:
**We’re looking for people who have**
- 5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
- Built industry-leading content and practical product use cases to promote product value and accelerate user adoption
- Strong project management skills with the ability to research, run experiments, and optimize campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Native (or fluent) English to craft high-quality content
- Excellent communication skills internally and externally
- Demonstrated scaling up the customer base through product marketing.

- The minimum base salary for this position is €42.000;
