We are looking for a Legal Counsel (M/F/diverse) in full-time (40 hours). Your home base will be our headoffice at Vienna Airport or Cologne-Bonn Airport.

Salary

For this position, we offer an attractive salary that matches your qualifications and experience. The monthly gross salary for the profile described is at least EUR 3,300 (14x). An overpayment is possible, especially with relevant professional experience and special qualifications.
Tasks

As a Legal Counsel (M/F/d), you will be the single point of contact for all legal issues at Eurowings Europe. You support the management and the departments regarding corporate law issues, especially in relation to the establishment of the new company in Malta.

Advising all specialist departments on legal issues relating to Austrian, Maltese, and international law
Finding and implementing legal solutions
Supervision of the managing director meetings, as well as the supervisory board meetings
Maintenance of model contracts and model clauses
Drafting of legal opinions with national and international relevance
Taxes from external lawyers
Planning, organization and execution of the formal meetings and decision-making processes of the committees (meetings of the board of directors and supervisory board, general meetings)
Interface to Deutsche Lufthansa AG (DLH) regarding corporate governance
Advice and coordination of board proposals and board information
Consecutive Revision of articles of association/articles of association and rules of procedure

**Requirements**:
You have a university degree in law or in a comparable course of study
You have professional experience as a lawyer or in a legal department
You have very good knowledge of corporate, contract and commercial law - legal all-rounder
You have a good understanding of interrelationships (business fundamentals)
You have good negotiation skills, assertiveness, strong initiative, sense of responsibility, high ability to work in a team
You enjoy cross-functional work and joint success
You are characterized by a high degree of independence as well as a result-oriented and structured way of working
You are empathetic, communicative and have a confident appearance
You speak business fluent German and English.
