**Global Product Manager - Industrial Networks**:

As Product Manager Industrial Networks, you will be responsible for B&R’s real-time Ethernet networking solutions including the next generation OPC UA PubSub and TSN solutions. These new standards will enable deterministic communication with the highest security standards within industrial networks but also enabling IOT solutions for machine automation. You will be responsible for product definition based on market needs, product strategy & targets as well as marketing and partner management to ensure long-term adoption and growth of these technologies. **Your responsibilities**:

- Partner Networks & Strategy
- Maintaining an international network and strong relationships with key partners, customers, suppliers and industrial consortia to drive eco-system adoption.
- Develop clear adoption strategies for the partners and customers
- Market based product definition
- Heading up studies of market intelligence, defining market segmentation and related product positioning. Identifying new market opportunities for the existing portfolio.
- Defining the product strategy, product requirements and drive R&D prioritization
- Coordinate network related prioritization of product roadmaps across the whole HW and SW portfolio
- Leadership
- Own Industrial Network solutions across the full lifecycle and drive release planning
- Work hand in hand with Product Owners and dev teams to realize the network solutions
- Become a key influencer /speaker at congresses in the Automation Industry
- Marketing
- Optimal positioning and presentation of our networking technologies and solutions towards sales and customers
- Developing ambitious publicity strategies, leading its implementation from ideation to presentation.
- Active support and close exchange with our international sales team at customer meetings and events.

**Your background**:

- Professional experience related to industrial real-time Ethernet-based fieldbus technologies or equivalent
- Solid technical background (preferably University degree), background in business development /marketing and competence in Industrial Automation systems
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical issues for further decision making
- Outstanding communication skills for lobbying and networking with industry consortia and customers
- Experience in strategic marketing and practical experience in new and old media marketing
- Strategic thinking, determination, and persistence
- Hands-on mentality
- Excellent social skills
- Fluency in English, other languages are beneficial
- Flexibility to travel up to 40%
