As our Junior Digital Marketing Manager, you'll wield the magic of words and visuals to enchant our audience. **Please note**: This position is a one-year maternity cover with the option to become a permanent role. **Here’s what your role will involve**: Tasks - Craft and Manage Digital Content: From spellbinding blog posts and demo videos to informative infographics and engaging social media postings, you’re the gatekeeper of quality and creativity. - Navigate Digital Realms: Expertly navigate multiple online platforms and understand what resonates best in each space. - Master the Tools: Embrace and evaluate new tools and platforms. Don’t just play it safe; dare to try new ways that can amplify our digital impact. - Insightful Alignment: Understand the core desires of our enterprise and the needs of our clients customers like the back of your hand. **Requirements**: What Makes You the Perfect Fit? - Experience: At least 2 years in the trenches of digital marketing, wielding tools of content creation, social media mastery, and SEO sorcery. - Text competence and a sense for graphic design: You can create engaging texts (blog articles, social media posts) and illustrate them using image & video tools (e.g. Canva) - Communication: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English. - CRM Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally PipeDrive, to maintain customer enchantments. - Project Leadership: Independently lead your projects, maintaining cool under pressure while juggling timelines, budgets, tasks, and digital content. - Solution-Oriented Creativity: Approach complex challenges with creative solutions.
